Item must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

For damaged or wrong items, please send a photo/video as evidence via chat.

Refunds will be processed once the item is verified and approved by our team.

Shipping Time

Orders are shipped out within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

Delivery usually takes:

Metro Manila: 2–4 days

Luzon: 3–5 days

Visayas / Mindanao: 5–7 days
